Who We Are

Look below the surface
As a Human Resources practitioner, Mary Jenkins learned first hand about the destruction caused by the well-intended practice of Performance Appraisals. Too many times, people were damaged, relationships destroyed, and the resultant fear impeded creativity.

Believing these were natural reactions to an unnatural process, Mary works with organizations courageous enough to take a different approach.

Typically, traditional ratings are discarded leaving the question:  “If you don’t have a performance rating, how would you pay people?”

In a non-traditional move, Mary partnered with design engineer Howard Stanton to answer this question.  The result is a compensation planning tool  that is flexible, laser focused, and eye opening. Ironically, this tool is  equally effective in organizations that have maintained a performance rating process.
